Speaker Bios:

Peter joined Accenture Cyber Intelligence in March 2023 following nearly 18 years in the US Government where he was a recognized expert on Russia. He has decades of experience at the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the State Department running analytics programs and providing impactful analysis to the senior most levels of the US Government. He currently leads the Strategic and Risk Analysis (SRA) team at Accenture.

Thomas ‘Mannie’ Willkan is a Senior Threat Intelligence professional specializing in emerging technologies and the Dark Web criminal underground. Mannie is part of the ACTI Dark Web Reconnaissance Team based in London. He is an Alumni of Copenhagen Business School and King’s College London.
