Speaker Bios:

Liz Martin is a Global Senior Advisory Solution Architect with a focus on threat intelligence at Dragos. She serves as a consultative technical advisor, providing strategic and best practice guidance to clients, aligned to their OT/ICS security maturity. Prior to her time at Dragos she played a critical role within the United States intelligence community, planning and coordinating operational cyber efforts across national security systems, critical infrastructure, Department of Defense Information Networks (DoDIN) and the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), while participating in a number of cyber policy and planning efforts. Additionally, she supported the 2021 U.S. Executive Order actions on improving the nation’s cybersecurity through incident response playbook development for all federal civilian executive branch agencies.

Nick Shaw is a Principal Advisory Solution Architect focused on Industrial Cyber Security for Dragos, Inc. Over the past decade he has assessed, designed, and implemented Industrial Control Systems and the infrastructure that connects them. Several years were spent at Rockwell Automation as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest organizations on the planet.

At Dragos, Nick translates technical aspects into comprehensive solutions that drive business impact, bridging the gap between IT and OT. These solutions are core to industrial organization for protection and defense against cyber events that affect safety, quality, and productivity.

Peter Valenzuela is a Senior Solutions Architect and trained Incident Responder with extensive experience in the electric utilities sector. Specializing in the maturation of detection and response capabilities, he has successfully spearheaded the establishment of comprehensive Incident Response and Threat Intelligence programs. His expertise also includes the development and operation of a Security Operations Center (SOC), responsible for both IT and OT defenses. With a strong foundation in both strategic planning and hands-on technical execution, he is dedicated to advancing cybersecurity resilience and operational excellence within critical infrastructure environments.

Tyler Webb is a Principal Industrial Penetration Tester at the industrial cybersecurity company Dragos, Inc., where he focuses on penetration testing and network security assessments.

Prior to joining Dragos, Tyler worked for Puget Sound Energy, a Pacific Northwest gas and electric utility, where he managed the company’s penetration testing program and performed architecture reviews and vulnerability assessments across a variety of unique IT and OT environments.
